In addition to the annual subscription costs, are there any added costs?
No, there are no other hidden costs. You pay what you see at the checkout page when you place an order.
My company has several locations, how does it work?
You should add all your locations at the beginning and choose the plan that works best for all. If you want to start working with HealthCaters only in 1 workplace, and then expand it to others - it’s possible and easy to do. Just go to your homepage in HealthCaters for business and add an extra location, then choose your plan, and ship the HealthCases.
What happens if more people are added to my team every month?
Our billing has an annual cycle. Therefore, for each employee added during the cycle, you will pay a monthly fee as per your plan, multiplied by the number of months left in the billing cycle. The monthly fee used for the billing will be the same with what you already pay per each employee assigned to this workplace. Example: if your main contract has a starting date on the 1st of September, and you add an employee on the 1st of December, you will only pay for 9 months for the additional employee.
What if I want to add a new location later?
You can add and manage each location separately. It’s possible and easy to add new locations. Just go to your homepage in HealthCaters for business and add an extra location, then choose your plan, and ship the HealthCases.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you choose our Health Pro plan with an indicated price per employee per month - it’s billed as an annual subscription. However, if you’re unhappy with the quality of our product, we’ll be more than happy to reimburse you if you cancel within the first 2 months in exchange for a small favour - a feedback call with one of our Customer Success team members that will help us improve our product.
What are the payment methods available?
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards and debit cards.
Do you have a plan for remote employees?
Yes, our home health plan is focused on employees working remotely. You can add the necessary number of employees who you would like to provide a HealthCase to. It can be easily combined with our workplace plans - Health Pro or and Health Lite.
Can I combine multiple plans?
You can combine Health Lite or Health Pro workplace plans with a Home Plan.
Are there volume discounts for large numbers of employees?
Yes, we have discounts depending on the number of employees you add. The more employees, the lower the price. The exact calculation will be available at the checkout.
